As an Account Manager at Firefly, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships while ensuring seamless operational management of IT services. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for services and solutions.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and records.
- Assist with annual account reviews (ATRs) and strategic planning.
- Provide occasional phone coverage to assist with client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
