As an Account Manager at Firefly, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships while ensuring seamless operational management of IT services. We are looking for a motivated individual with a blend of compassion, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding support and guidance to our valued clients.

Project Management

Operational Understanding of IT

Previous Account Management Experience

Preferred Bachelor's / Master's Degree

Preferred Previous Leadership / Decision-Maker Role


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Facilitate client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.

- Conduct regular client check-ins to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.

- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Prepare and follow up on quotes for services and solutions.

- Maintain accurate client documentation and records.

- Assist with annual account reviews (ATRs) and strategic planning.

- Provide occasional phone coverage to assist with client inquiries.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
